My complaint:

I purchase a carton of cigarettes each week for myself and my husband. We both smoke the same brand and it’s easier this way to buy in bulk as it’s cheaper by the carton x2. Lately I have noticed that we have been getting some really dry quick, uneven burning smokes. I just opened another of the packs from my purchase today and the butts all have not been properly attached to the cigarettes, I don’t know how they attach them normaly but I’m sure they aren’t supposed to let go unless they hadn’t been attached to begin with. This is a safety concern for me as I smoke while driving and should the cigarette fall from the filter it would result in me getting burned or most definitely causing damage to my car or possibly an accident.

This could be hazardous in every situation not to mention the waste of money, paying over 20 dollars a pack for smokes I have to throw away is absolutely terrible. I would love to he compensated for the carton since I honestly do not feel comfortable smoking from it as it makes me think what else could be missing or not properly looked over. It’s a health and safety concern and I can’t afford to just throw away money the same as the next person. I have saved samples and packs from the carton to prove this to the company.

Suggested solution:

Replace the purchase. 1x carton of John players bold kingsize
