John Player Cigarettes complaint: Cigarettes not lighting

My complaint:

So I bought a pack and half of them are tlighting I spent a lot of money and want some type of refund.

I have no photo as I can’t take a photo because they went in the bin.

Suggested solution:

Refund or voucher.
