My complaint:
Husband buys 2 packs of John Player superkings red everyday from our local co-op opened the packet this morning two cigarettes have no tips one doesn’t even have your name printed on it As they’re not exactly cheap to buy he wasn’t best pleased definitely not up to your high standards expected Please be aware it might not only be his packet affected I don’t know how you inspect them before their wrapped but they or the machine certainly weren’t on the ball
