John Player Cigarettes complaint: Badly cut filter tip on Windsor Blue cigarette

My complaint:

Opened a pack of Windsor Blue JPS to find one cigarette filter tip had been cut too short during the production process.

Suggested solution:

Refund a pack of Windsor Blue JPS king size cigarettes.
