My complaint:
Having same issue as another complaint I’ve just read on here, lots of twigs, clumped uncut tobacco, poor quality.
If I hadn’t have purchased from a large supermarket, I would be thinking it was counterfeit, hope this is not permanent, it so I’m changing brands.
Suggested solution:
Whatever you changed, change it back, if it stays like this I'm changing brands.
