My complaint:
First of all, I work just around the corner from Jimmy Johns. I could have ran over myself but was on a call so couldn’t, so opted for delivery. I have multiple complaints. For one it took over an HOUR to get my sandwich, when I called about 40 minutes in they said it was about to go out (Which tells me they didn’t even make it for 40 minutes), then I called again after an hour and they said he should be out. I was standing by the lobby waiting when he showed up. I couldn’t even say anything to him because he basically tossed the sandwich on the front counter and ran out not noticing I was standing right there. He did not call or text to tell me he was there….nothing. I finally got my sandwich and it was missing the onions, and pickles and was not cut in half. Also my Kicking Ranch I spent 99 cents on was not there either. I k now you all are short staffed, I am trying to give you grace. But over an HOUR AND to mess up my order is ridiculous. I have low sugar. If i would have know I would have had to go through this drama I would have avoided it and made myself my own cold sandwich.
Suggested solution:
Tell your employees to get their act together please. Respect your customers.
