My complaint:
On 12122021 we ordered a group order of 4 sandwiches. I ordered the Veggie Sandwich. It took an hour for the delivery. I called to check on the ETA and was greeted by an unprofessional employee. Heshe, I couldn’t tell, 1st tried to tell me I provided the wrong order . I read it directly off the email they sent. Heshe fumbled around and asked, What’s the phone ?. I provided that. Heshe says, Oh, so what about it?. Again I stated I wanted to know when it would be delivered. Heshe says, Oh, it should be there soon. That was the extent of the customer service. The delivery arrives and my order is wrong. The Veggie Sandwich comes with cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado paste. Pretty simple you would think. It arrives without cucumbers AGAIN! I call and am very frustrated. I explained they screwed up the Veggie Sandwich, I asked how can you ‘F’ up a Veggie? Cucumbers are like the main ingredient. The guy has the audacity to act indignant and says, no it’s not, it’s the cheese and avocado paste. I said, no…neither of those are vegetables. Instead of admitting they screwed up, trying to rectify it, they chose to argue act like they were the victims as usual. I stopped ordering from this location over a year ago due to constant order screw ups and bad customer service. I decided to try it again tonight. Guess some things never change.
Suggested solution:
Employ people who have customer service skills. Employ people who take pride in their job. Your performance should not be based on the position you hold. Learn how to talk to your customers and listen to their issues.
