My complaint:
I play online games and a Jimmy Jon’s employee seemed very happy to let everyone in the lobby know this and then proceeded to use racial slurs including the N word with a hard R to speak with people.
When I put in a complaint about this to the store, the manager gave my personal phone number I called from to leave this complaint and he proceeded to harass me relentlessly to the point I had to block his number.
There will be proof of this below. It’s very unprofessional and very upsetting a genuine concern gets put through and I receive retaliation to this degree. I really do not wish to pursue legal action, but if it cones down to it, I will.
Suggested solution:
I would like to not be harassed by this employee for putting in a complaint about them.
