My complaint:
I was due a refund of the amount in 27 dollars and some change. The manager told me that he credited my card. I checked and checked and NEVER received my refund or a meal to make up for the cost. The order was a sandwich, chips and cookie. Very unhappy with the service. I work late hours at a hospital and order food almost everyday. Not a satisfied customer 😒
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund or a credit of 27 dollars to order food to make up for the cost.
