My complaint:

I ordered 2 water bottles from Jill’s Steals and Deals on May 12th. I also ordered a social media kit on the same day.of the two orders, neither one has been received. The tracking on the water bottles shows delivered on 529 but they’re not here.
The length of time from order placement to shipping is ridiculous.the shipping charges are excessive. Of the two orders one is falsely listed as delivered and the other shows delivery for 67 – nearly a month after ordering. I tried contacting Jill’s Steals and Deals via the ation email but their response was that their email was not monitored. They referred me to the vendor. This is very poor business. They obviously do not want to be responsible for their vendors or to give there customers a venue to contact them.
I have contacted the water bottle vendor and put in a claim with USPS.
Jill’s Steals and Deals is a sham and should be reported to the better business bureau

Suggested solution:

They should monitor their vendors. They should be responsive to their customers and give them a way to contact them with issues. They should provide me with the product I paid for or provide a timely refund and compensation. If they can't be responsible to their customers, They should get out of business or rename it Jill's Steals
