Jills Steals and Deals complaint: I haven’t received my item and it’s been 7 weeks

My complaint:

I ordered the Pool Candy Giant Mermaid Tail Sprinkler on July 7th. The order was to have been fulfilled within two weeks. It was not . I asked to have the order cancelled and the payment refunded, which it was. The item was then shipped anyway and my credit card re-charged. I still don’t have the item. This is a summer toy and summer is winding down. I don’t want the toy. You can find out where it is and get it back. I don’t want it. I want the payment refunded to my card at once.This is your problem, not mine. Jill should do some research about these companies before she advertises them nationwide on her show. And the worst part is that I paid the ridiculous amount of $12.50 for shipping!! Learned my lesson the hard way, as usual.

Suggested solution:

Refund the$34.50 I paid for this item. You can find out where this is in the shipping process and recall it.
