My complaint:
I wasted a lot of time ordering same day items, waiting for the HOLD to come off on some items. I also had items taken away from my order that were already in my cart when I tried to checkout. And the final disappointment was when I went to check out the 2 remaining items- 2 wireless earbuds and 2 water bottles, it gave an error message that shipping not available to your address. I have a private residential address in Wisconsin with very good credit and I have ordered before on the site with no problems.
Suggested solution:
Once items are in your cart they should then be available for purchase to your address.
