My complaint:
I ordered cashmere lined leather gloves from the today show and waited several weeks for them to finally get here. When they got here and I barely got them on I couldn’t even bend my fingers. They say I ordered a size 8. I thought I ordered a size 8.5 but nevertheless I’ve had other size 8 gloves that fit just fine. When I emailed Portolano They told me they were no refunds. I didn’t know that or I would never have ordered the gloves! I am 69 years old and on a fixed income and I sure can’t afford to lose $60! Shame on this company shame on them for not making it clear and for not refunding my money! I am so angry I can’t even tell you

They need to simply send gloves that are larger or refund my money
