My complaint:
Purchased a wireless charger from the Today Show. It does not and will not even charge. Have contacted the Today show daily for weeks and they refuse to help. Cannot get a hold of Let It Ride . only by email and now they say my phone is not compatible with the charger and that was clearly stated ….which it was not. They offer a 199% satisfaction guarantee ..they are not honoring it
I hold the Today show responsible for selling and promoting defective products. I want a full refund of $29.43
