My complaint:
Me and my wife was at the check out lane and it was a little busy me and my wife is very understanding about that because we work in the same industry ..once it was my turn to ring my things up including my beers it took Matt four mins to get to me then he see I was getting irritated because I felt like he was skipping over me once he finally got to me I said y’all need more ppl basically saying he needs some help because ppl was just waiting to long … instead of Matt apologizing he says you wanna be the boss I said no I don’t wanna be the boss but u most definitely need help .. then he did not check my ID which that’s a law so I said u trust me u don’t wanna see my ID he said idk u want me to see it I said that’s your job ain’t it !! Once I pay for my things and get ready to walk out he makes fun of me go another worker and say have fun with your beers save one for me !! Now normally I would have acted out but I let it slide I do live around that Jewls I would like to keep coming there and not feel harassed

By speaking with him and coaching him in the moment he never know who he speaking to I could’ve been a corporate
