My complaint:
I just started produce 2 weeks ago I notice signs that the manager was trying to get me to switch departments . Because he’s been kinda nick picking with me since I started . I’m not a confrontation type of person I never been so violated and disrespected by a man in my life . He showed me the wrong way to do things as my trainer then when I do it the same way he done it he stop me and gets very aggressive only on the floor area where everyone can see he throws things snatch things out of hand and I just knew how he was moving he was going to jeopardize my job . It is Christmas time it took me 2 months to get this job and that’s all I do is what’s ask of me I don’t get it this should be a crime I need to speak with someone immediately please .

This manager have many complaints against him I just want to keep my job and stay far away from this man as possible I never been so violated in my whole entire life
