Jewel Osco complaint: Groceries delivered to wrong address and left outside

My complaint:

got an email prior to my
groceries being delivered showing
me that substitutes were done
without my knowledge. These item
I didn’t want. MY GROCERIES
HADN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET. A
rep online at the jewelIsco named
Maria Angelica is who I spoke to
and she refunded the substituted
item before delivery. I never
received a text telling me that my
groceries were on the way, I could
not even track my order. Whoever
delivered my order to the wrong
address did not call me, check for
my name on the doorbell at this
address and heshe left the
groceries outside at that
residence. A lady who lived there
walked over to my address and
told me my water, soda and juice
was on her stoop. I should come
get it, which I did, there was
nothing else because who knows
how long it was outside
unattended. It was not there! I took
my water, juice and soda. All the
other groceries were gone!!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund my money for groceries I didn’t received but were charged!
