My complaint:
I went to Jewel today. I spoke with an elderly woman who’s name was Dorthy. I asked if I could order the 12 piece chicken for $ 8.99… she replied. I hope you want grilled because we are out of the fried..I asked her if she was going to make more? She replied we are very busy today and have a lot of orders. I get it. Saturdays are busy. I worked in customer service myself for many years. I said ok can you help me at the Deli I need some ham. She turned around and went to a counter and proceeded to read something for ten minutes. Then another nice employee came and helped me. I asked her if they were going to make more chicken and she told me yes. It will be a half hour wait. Great. Why couldn’t Dorthy tell me that?? Dorthy is a manager and needs to retire because she dosnt like her job, and she’s a manager! Great now she can teach new employees how to be ignorant and rude just like her…Thank you. I will also put this out on tic to and Facebook.
