My complaint:
I got to jewel at 7am. 9302020 I walked in and asked for some help with the balloons and nobody came. 10 min passes and I ask someone for some more help “someone will be with you in a min” 5 more min passes nobody comes. There was probably a total of 5 customers in the building and some staff working some staff sitting in front or walking around talking. I had to leave without ordering my balloons because I was waiting there to long and had to leave to make it to work on time. I’m not trying to be that person but sitting there for 15 min with no help just trying to order balloons when it wasn’t busy what so ever really grounded my gears.
Suggested solution:
Work in helping their customers when they need help
