My complaint:

placed an Online order for Crab Leg pieces, the estimated price was $36.94. The Employee placed the order in my car at the Online Pick Up parking space, No Touch Delivery, Later, when I checked the receipt I had been charged $70.88. I called the store and they said the price online was old and I was charged the current price. I complained to Jewel Corporate Delivery 877-505-4040 and someone name Jasmine said they are Not Walmart and don’t do price matching, if I didn’t want to accept substitution I should have Unchecked that option when I placed the order. It think it was Deceptive to charge a customer DOUBLE the estimated price without even notifying the customer, then have Rude Unprofessional Customer service Representative being defensive and verbally combative blaming the Customer. Anyplace else the substitute would be close to the Original estimate Not Double the price.
