My complaint:

I went to Jewel Osco to return defective item. After explaining problem to customer service manager she was silent and the customer next to me start to ask me questions like . Do you want a refund? Finally customer service manager responded nasty and told me she couldn’t help to call manufacturers. Another employee was nice enough to step in she told me to go get product needed and return to desk. While standing at desk I opened item in front of staff who didn’t believe me and they seen the problem. The customer service manager started to make personal attacks against me . I heard everything she said under her mask. I was so disappointed I left the store without getting her name. That was so upsetting to hear somebody you don’t know say mean things about you. This all happened today June 3 1045am.

Suggested solution:

Customer service manager should not be insulting customers. Loyal customers who shop at this store regularly.
