My complaint:
This is the second time I’ve bought Jewel brand ground beef, and found rat (or some other rodent) HAIR In the product . Tried to call the store with no return call or contact. ( Mark – Manager) Id like to know How Togo about lodging a formal LEGAL complaint before I go to the media.
