My complaint:
On Dec 26, 2020, I spent $86.34 in your store; I had a $5,00 off if $50.00 dollars was spent. The cashier Michael did not apply it and when I went to customer service I was informed that it was too late to request it. I explained to the lady at the desk the first time I used the $5.00 off of $50.00 it automatically applied; this time it did not.
Suggested solution:
I would simply like to have my $5.00 reward given to me; thank you.
