My complaint:
I rented a carpet cleaner on 12222020 Prior to the transaction Azaela the clerk took it in the back to clean it. My son returned it the same day, It was cleaned by me because I wanted my 15.00 deposit back, Today I called to see what was going on, Kat in customer service claimed it was returned dirty, I said that’s not true because I cleaned it myself, We went back and forth on the phone, I decided to come in person to get this resolved, It didn’t get resolved until a manager clocked in and took care of it. Kat was a complete liar not once but twice, she also shows the manager that it was returned on 11222020, Someone wrote that date in, How can I return something back in time????? That’s 30 days???? My jewwel receipt reflects 122220 and debit card. The manager refunded me my deposit because she could tell this was a mess on their end. I’m not happy with how I was accused of something that I did not do. Last time I’m dealing with Jewel.

It was finally resolved by the manager who had clocked in while I was talking to Kat in customer service.
