My complaint:
Was hung up on after ordering…this was after the associate slurred his words throughout the conversation.
I called back to speak to manager. I was hung up on.
I called back. I was hung up on. when reaching the manager I asked for his name and he said it was an odd question to ask him and he didn’t want to reveal it. I told him that corporate would reveal his name… Carl stated his name.
I then explained the situation and told him how I was hung up on and the associate sounded drunk. I stated that the retard hung up on me 3 times. And Carl stated hate speech was not tolerate and hung up on me.
Suggested solution:
Review phone log on September 17 2023. Around 745pm. 8 total calls.
