My complaint:
I always get a salad with my order and it’s kind of expensive so when I went to pick up my order the lettuce was wilted and it had obviously been in there for a while and I decided to take it off of my order and just get my pizza as I did request to remove them salad they said I was a problem and refuse to serve me every time I’ve called to order a pizza since then they refuse my service and will not let me order that I’m a problem and I only am able to order online with a card and then I found out that one of them admitted to spitting on my food the guy named ****.
I am disgusted I am aggravated I love their Pizza I spend a lot of money on it and now I’m not allowed to be a customer and now I’ve been violated I can’t get a hold of manager and I cannot get a hold of corporate they cancel my order every time I’ve tried to send one it refuses and will not let me speak to anyone in charge and another time I got cussed out by a young lady I can’t remember her name I think Mercedes or something like that it’s absolutely ridiculous and I don’t know what to do anymore
Suggested solution:
**** needs to be fired immediately and they should not cancel orders that people are paying good money for and they should value their customers not treat them like trash they need to get better stuff in there and I would like to have my service back and I\'m sure they would enjoy to have my money back not people taking away from it
