My complaint:
I had to cancel our travel due to covid , my granddaughter was to have a graduation that was canceled. My wife and i along with my wife’s mother had to cancel our flights. I only found a few days ago that the credits were not in my travel bank? After hours over the past week on the phone i was constantly told that we didn’t have any travel credits? Today i was told that everything is expired and in the archives. The credits expired on 020422
i was not able to travel due to illness until recently only to find that we never received any travel credits that are now gone?
