My complaint:
I had a very bad awful experience tonight. I had ordered for curbside in the mobile app and when I got there I clicked on the I’m here.it said they were working on it and would bring my sandwich out to me. I waited OVER 20 minutes and then decided to call the store. The girl that answered said it has been ready AND I was supposed to call the store to let them know I was there. She has someone bring out my sandwich and he said they didn’t know they did curbside. The receipt says CURBSIDE on it. I am very disappointed because of the LONG wait and the sandwich wasn’t as hot as would have liked probably from sitting. I have ordered from here many many times with NO issues so I not sure what the problem is. Inexperienced staff or what.
