My complaint:
We walked into the location 367 Mountain Ave. Upland Ca. And a woman employee and man employee were finishing up with a customer. After the customer walked out the woman employee walked away. The gentleman employee said he would have to wait until the women employee came back. Looked like he was training. She never did. We heard her talking and laughing with another gentleman employee in the kitchen. We waited and waited so I finally yelled out Hello, hello the gentleman employee who was in the back with the female looked out then laughed and walked back into the kitchen. The woman employee did the same thi g. We have never been treated so badly at Jersey Mike’s. We walked out. Very rude people.
