JenCare complaint: Treated with disrespect as if I’m not a person

My complaint:

As of the last year, they have decided that I’m not in need of seeing my doctor as scheduled. They constantly cancel and reschedule appointments, just to cancel them. I am lucky to see my doctor about 3 or 4 times a year. Not to mention when my pharmacy tries to get new prescription for my medication, they ignore it. I have to go without medication for a week many times. I have constantly call and leave messages to please refill my prescription. I also text the doctor a couple times asking for refill of prescription. I am looking for a new doctor, but it isn’t easy because I have Medicare.

Suggested solution:

I think if they limit how many patients a doctor can take on, would help. Not to mention that the lack of doctors working is minimal. Sorry JenCare it’s not just about the money, but the people that need medical care. Stop short changing the patients. Take better care of a business that should be of a higher standards than the community clinic.
