My complaint:

My prolia shot was sent to jencare  on Jan 19 2023 and was signed by K. Moore. I called Monday Jan 22 and was informed that it was not there and they don’t.

I called today Jan 30 2023; she said she went to the pharmacy and it stated that the prolia was there. I was disappointed with Jencare.

Suggested solution:

Your pharmacy and office personnel should communicate with each other
