My complaint:
My girlfriend is a employee of jencare Marrero, La clinic and there was a get together after one of jencares employees functions where my girlfriend and I witnessed a jencare employee smoking marijuana with another employee outside. As someone that takes care of patients, I find this behavior unacceptable as a care giver.
Suggested solution:
I think random hair test should be given up to 6 month to a year back.
