My complaint:

I need medical attention due to experiencing dizziness and nausea. The physician **** , took blood, blood pressure, basic office exam of the type of regular yearly checkup. I told physician that I was experiencing some dizziness, occurring two days before after dental visit. I also told her I was feeling heart palpitations and experiencing a great deal of mucus and particularly at unpredictable intervals.

She prescribed medication never gave me any information as to what she thought was was causing it nor how long it should last and a follow up call or visit to let her know whether it had ceased or was still present. I had to follow up with a visit to patient first to get a EKG, to eliminate the possibility of the heart or warning of a stroke. I also made a request to get a referral ftt to *** , to see a physician, she had an assistant call me to say she felt I didn’t need to see a specialist. Please contact me ASAP on the above matter.
