My complaint:
Pulled up to JenCare to pick up prescriptions that were ready. Call to inform staff personnel I was there. Verified PHI. Waited 15 minutes. Called again to remind staff personnel I was waiting. I was assured pharmacy had been paged but they would page again. Left after waiting 30 minutes
Suggested solution:
They should call me and apologize for their poor service. Then deliver my medication to me by courier as a courtesy.
