My complaint:
Apparently this company is appealing to the basest segment of our society by making a play on the most disgusting four letter word at use in our culture. They could also gain some respect by not falling for the modern attempt to normalize homosexuality and homosexual marriage in their commercials.
Suggested solution:
Advertise what they have to offer without trying to be culturally relevant - usually when companies do that people see through it. Give us a little more credit than that if you want to be taken seriously. At this time - I would NEVER trust this company with my finances. They lack sophistication which often equates to lacking competency. When talking about my money - I know this is shocking (!) - but competency is important to me.
