My complaint:
What type of company developed, and or approved such an awful commercial. Yes, it grabs your attention, but not in a good way. After seeing this ad, I would never consider using Jackson Hewitt for any business.
If possible, TV Land should drop that commercial.

Jackson Hewitt should drop that ad and print an apology.
