My complaint:
I’ve used this site often for the last few years, and I’ve been using the e transfer withdraw method and recent won 2200 dollars , recieved my funds and since won another 300 and now the option to e transfer has disappeared from the withdrawal section ? Guess I won’t be depositing and more money here with 300$ locked in there vault .
Suggested solution:
Maybe send an email to there players explaining what's going on, this being an on line gambling site they should be making an effort to ensure confidence in there customers ..
