My complaint:

I withdrew $225 3 weeks ago, I was given four different dates and times I would be able to expect it deposited into my account and now the update on the website says it will take longer than expected but not to worry they are working on it. There is no way to contact a real agent or discuss my issue with anyone besides the automated chat help centre which closes the chat after saying they are working on it. Absolutely ridiculous.
