My complaint:

I opened my account made an etransfer from my account matching my gaming account less then fifteen minutes later I was logged out and couldn’t log back in and low and behold finally got to chat with some one from the casino and there only answer to me was my account was locked no reason nothing and I haven’t been refunded for the money I deposited

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back and they shouldn't be able to have a casino like this they should close them down
