My complaint:
I made a withdrawl of $960 and they confiscated it and blocked my account.i tried resolving it with them and they say because I had used my partner’s card on a previous deposit (I used my own for the winning time) they say I have breached a term and condition I wasn’t made aware of.i share bank account with my partner and they keep disconnecting me on chat and saying it’s a senior management decision yet won’t let me talk to any one in senior management or email me why they did this.i just want my winnings or all my deposits refunded if they scamming people like this
Suggested solution:
Either pay me my winnings or refund all my deposits and they need to make it clear when people deposit that it warns in the depositcashier window that you can only use personal card or alternative payment methods or they will just steal your money
