My complaint:
I won 8500.84 on Feb 2nd. I proceeded to do my withdrawal and it is now Feb 15 and i still havent received anything. I have chatted with live chat everyday for the past week and each time i get a different answer. I have screen shots of the conversation telling me that i wpuld be paid on monday, as this was friday. Then i have conversations telling me, well it should have beem paid, so i will escate it. Please wait another 24 to 48 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I shouldnt have to wait this long.
