I had deposited three times huge funds in my account (Rs. 750000 on 1st Feb., Rs. 750000 on 2nd Feb. Rs. 2000000 on 11th Feb.) using the promotion option and the system did not credit any amount as bonus into my account.
Since then, I have been regularly contacting the online chat staff and this issue hasn’t been resolved yet even though I spend more than an hour chatting with them explaining and re-explaining the same matter each time to different staff and finally I am told that the concerned department would revert back to me.
I would like to inform that Rs. 2000000 deposited on 11th Feb. is still available in my account and even though the funds deposited on 1st 2nd Feb. were utilized by me for my ongoing game (without the bonus credited into my account due to your system failure as well as lack of online chat personnel resolving the problem immediately), this doesn’t mean that I being the client would be penalized by not being eligible for the bonus as your promotion specifies that the client is eligible to receive a bonus once he deposits the funds into the account irrespective of utilizing it or not. So, as I had deposited the funds without fail, I would expect the bonus amount to be respectively credited into my account without fail.
I would require the concerned department to immediately credit my account with all the three deposits' entitled bonuses as it was the failure of their system, instead of prolonging this issue any further without any outcome.
