My complaint:
I was very disappointed that jackpotcity locked me out of jackpotcity especially when they know I have withdrawn my winnings of $537.91nzd ,I was told that they wouldn’t give my money back because they reckon I’m relying on it .well in fact if I withdraw my money and how I wish to spend it is my business ,its not really fair that this has happened to me thisn phone I’m using has a cracked screen and it’s been through the water and of course it’s got some glitches because of it I hope you can understand that my phone sometimes it presses words and calls random people
Suggested solution:
They should definitely look into this because at the end of the day using that I'm relying on it is a lame excuse . I even messaged my boss on the 30th of Jun letting her know my phone is playing up and i even told her that my phone dials numbers on it's own and when I'm writing a message it automatically chooses the words for me and even if I want to change the word it's too late it sends the message straight away without letting me proof read it first before sending however that a phone problem that should be blamed on me if that makes sense.i would definitely like someone to call me on 64224625316 to resolve this if you want proof of my messages i can send you .
