My complaint:

I signed of for Jackpot City and deposited $100. When I went to log back in , it kept telling me wrong user name and password . I spoke to 5 different agents who kept all telling to change passwords, clear cookies , cache…..and use a different device. I used 7 of them And changed my password all 7 times . Emailed them …. not a response . So basically I just donated $100 to a company that scammed me
