My complaint:
They locked my account and won’t give me my money. I am filing a complaint with the gambling commissioner and also contacting my lawyer. This is a rip off casino. All I want is what’s rightfully mine. They are rude and no customer service skills at all. Does it make them feel good that they are ripping off hard working people, that just enjoy to play once in a while.
Suggested solution:
Give me the money that is in my account
