My complaint:
Jackpot city closed my account and when I messaged 4 different times to find out why, all the said was “it’s the managers discretion”. Then they tell you there is no way to talk to a manager and that the “live chat” people are the only available to talk to EVER. I have never done anything illegal to make them decide that they needed to close my account.
Suggested solution:
They should contact me to tell me why, they felt my account should be closed. Or have managers able to talk to to discuss the matter
