My complaint:

I won on Jackpot City Online Casino more than 5 times and been withdrawing and depositing by using my bank account (etransfer) but this time when I was wondering why my winning was not paid yet although they sent me an email ing my withdrawal on 12202020 for a measely $250.00 was taking longer I went to chat with a support became a nightmare for giving a different email. an email that is also mine but not for the Jackpot City account they start asking me to explain why. I told them that is also my email and also active for etransfer and ed the email I use on the account they began asking me to submit all sorts of document proving that this account on Jackpot City Casino online and the method that I use to withdraw and deposit which is etransfer is really mine. I gave them my drivers licence and bank statement of 5 months each statement, auto insurance, automobile registration with the same address which by the they updated and approved meaning that its my account….but no they asked for more so I took a screen shot of my bank account showing the account with the last transaction of the deposit I made to gigadat and that should end that and get my withdrawal. hah! the @$$@$$ are not done $! @g with me and asked more, so I took a screenshot of my etransfer with the email I use to deposit when I play @ Jackpot City of etransfering an amount and that should F@$!$g end that and get paid but no the !@$^$ are not done yet so they asked once more to take a screenshot of the preffered payment with the email I mistakenly gave them as the email I used on my account. It has been 7 days since I given them the screen shot of every email I have registered for etransfer including the email on my Jackpot City account and clearly showing my name on the etransfer account screenshot and still just today before I decided that enough is enough I asked for an update of my withdrawal on the 22nd of december 2020…. lol they asked me once again for my postal code after I gave them the account information to verify that its my account. they tell me that they need to prove my preffered payment that I used on the Casino. hahaha Mother@!@!$ are crazy. I have been depositing a few times although they are holding my winnings to prove that bank account is mine and although I have deposited numerous times and withdrew winnings few times using no other method on this F@$!g Jackpot City Casino they still to this day wont give me my $250.00 winning..

Its easy pay me my $250.00 that I won and no excuses I have proven that the account is solely mine and no one else and that also that the method of my preffered payment is also solely mine and no one elses.
