My complaint:
I am a transgender woman. I explained to the guy several times that I am not a man, and to please stop calling me sir. He just kept doing it. I felt really invalidated, and it hurt my feelings a lot. I don’t think I’ll go back.
Suggested solution:
A gift card, and an assurance that Jack In The Box employees might be trained on LGBTQ customers? My money is just as good as anyone else's, why don't I deserve to be treated with respect and dignity?
