My complaint:
to the respected sir.
i have complaint about the perchase at the airport on 30 june wat they claim to be duty free( cheaper)
then normal price.but it was 500 euro expensive then it normal price.on 10 of july i went back to tell them en asked for return it.but they refuse.the store manager told that its only possibel same day.
he offer me to give 5% on reduction if i buy something but not refund.
there return policy is no where in shop or there website or either on there bill.
all the airport duty free in the world provide that service but they refuse it.
i am keep sending them mail but always same answer we dont provide the return.i feel like scammed.
i want to make a complaint as coustmer aganist it.
i hope for postive reactions.
