My complaint:
I had few items, most important my camera left behind in IST airport, I realized once I put a step in the aircraft, crew assured me my items will be found and I can claim. After so many emails, airport lost and found department ed my item as founded. I arranged proxy from my side to collect the items. My proxy went, they are not giving all of my items, among them most expensive one is missing. No one wants to help
